Le Grand Macabre comes to ENO this month.  I saw this production in Brussels and it came to be known as Le Big Mac.  The set comprises a giant naked woman, out of whom singers appear and disappear.  Together with Ligeti’s crazy and surreal music and sounds, this is definitely worth a look…
